The entries in the Deutz Fashion Ambassadors were so strong this year that for my money I preferred this show to the Verge Breakthrough line-ups. I’m not afraid to name-check my pet favourites either – and since I was one of the five judges of the event this year, I’ve had ample opportunity to mull it over. The winner was Sherie Muys who took the current vogue for white shirts and reconstructed it to striking effect. This girl is preternaturally poised and ready to take over the world. I spoke to her former employer Vicki Taylor of Taylor Boutique who told me that Sherie turned up on her doorstep with her CV at the age of 16 already in world domination mode – so she is definitely one to watch.
